Do cancelled emails count toward my sending limit?
No, we only count emails that are sent. Think emails actually leaving our folder and attempting to go into another inbox, so this includes those that are delivered, bounced, and unsubscribed. Invalid and duplicate email addresses do not count.

How many contacts (active or non-active subscribers) can I have within Springbot?
Unlimited! Springbot doesn't have a cap for how many active subscribers, unsubscribers, or purchasers you have within your account - regardless of plan size. That means that when you register with Springbot you can upload your email lists and not worry about paying per contact or user. You only will need to upgrade to a paid plan when you are ready to send an email, and you pay for what you want your send cap would be!
How do I Edit or Cancel Scheduled Campaign:
If you need to cancel or edit a scheduled email campaign, you'll need to Cancel your campaign, make your edits and then reschedule your campaign.
How do I Duplicate a Campaign:
Have you created a campaign you really like? You can duplicate it on the Campaign Dashboard and use again!
