Exporting an Email List
Head to Audience -> Email Lists. Click into the name of the email list you'd like to export. Then, click the blue Export List button. This will download the entire Email List to a CSV file on your computer.
File not downloading? You might have a pop-up blocker in place (particularly if you're using Chrome). You can temporarily disable pop-ups, or you can select the pop-up blocker icon in the URL field to change your settings.
If you're trying to export data from Springbot while using Safari but the download is not prompting, please follow these instructions:
Click into the address bar of the new window to make it active.
Hold down the option key and press Return/Enter on the Mac.
This should kick off an immediate download in .csv format into the Downloads folder, assuming that is the default location for downloads in the OS.
Deleting an Email List
Right click the 3 dots to the right of the list you'd like to delete. This will prompt a drop down menu where you can select Delete List.
*a reminder that deleting an email list does not delete or remove contacts from your All Subscribers list. The only way to remove contacts from your All Subscribers list is to upload those contacts as unsubscribes to your Unsubscribe List.
If you only want to send an email to a specific group - then when you build that email campaign - you have the option of selecting that specific email list or can build a dynamic list (available in our Starter/Growth subscription).
