When you register with Springbot, you will start on a $0 Free Plan, and can then switch to a paying plan when you feel comfortable. To learn more about what is included in each of our plans, please visit our Pricing Page here.

When you are ready to change plans, head to our Account Billing Page by clicking your store name in the upper right corner & "Subscription & Add-ons":
On this page, you will see Your Subscription, Manage Account Options, as well as the ability to Change Plans and/or change Add-On Features.
How to Upgrade to a Paid Subscription Plan or Upgrade Your Plan
Select the plan you wish to upgrade/downgrade to by clicking the "Select This Package" button with the corresponding plan.
*reminder, that when you do change plans to either Essential or Pro, it will change within the app immediately, and charge or credit a prorated amount to your account, depending on when your monthly renewal date is.
Once the Payment Module appears, review your full subscription and any immediate charges you will have when upgrading, then click Proceed to Checkout.
Lastly, you will need to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then click Subscribe!
Within the next few moments your dashboard will update to match your new plan. If you need to make changes to your add-on features at this moment, feel free!
How to Downgrade to the Free Plan
Same as above, but when you click "Select This Package" under the Free tier, you will be prompted to provide a reason why.
At that point your dashboard and features will stay as is, until your billing renewal date, then on that date it will downgrade and remove all features that are not included in the free plan. It will also remove your ability to send any email campaigns.
Remember to export all feature aspects and add-ons included when downgrading to Free as you will no longer have access to those. This includes:
Advanced Automation Email Templates
Onsite Abandonment Email Templates
Edit Automations that include Unique Coupon Codes
Dynamic Lists
RFM & Custom Segments
