How to Change Subscription Plans

How to change your subscription plan within Springbot's In App Billing Page.

When you register with Springbot, you will start on a $0 Trial Plan, and can then switch to a paying plan when you feel comfortable. To learn more about what is included in each of our plans, please visit our Pricing Page here.

Happen to be on Legacy Base Package? Reach out to us if you are ready to switch to our new plans at help@springbot.com.

When you are ready to change plans, head to our Account Billing Page by clicking your store name in the upper right corner & Subscription & Add-ons:

On this page, you will see Your Subscription, Manage Account Options, as well as the ability to Change Plans and/or change Add-On Features.

Select the plan you wish to upgrade/downgrade to by clicking the UPGRADE button with the corresponding plan.
โ€‹*reminder, that when you do change plans to either Starter or Growth, it will change within the app immediately, and implement a prorate charge or credit to the credit card on file depending on the change in monthly rate.
**if you change to a Free Plan, that will change within the app at the end of your billing cycle, and will not provide any credits to your card on file.

Once the Payment Module appears, complete the steps and proceed to Checkout. There you will have the opportunity to review your full subscription and any immediate charges you may have when upgrading.

You will need to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then once you Subscribe, you will have the opportunity to change any Add-Ons, including your email send cap.

Downgrading Your Plan?

Remember to export all feature aspects and add-ons included when downgrading as you will no longer have access to those. This includes:

  • Templates of Onsite Abandonment or Purchase-Based Automation Emails if reducing to Freemium tier

  • SMS Subscriber Lists, Automated messages, and the phone number will be deleted when downgrading to Free or Starter.

  • Dynamic Lists when downgrading to Free or Starter.

  • RFM Segments when downgrading to Free.
