Trouble Logging Into Springbot

Having troubles logging in or getting an error?

If you’re having issues logging into your Springbot account, don’t worry—there are a few quick steps you can take.

First, make sure you are logging in on the correct page - https://dashboard.springbot.com/login.

Forgot Your Password

If you can’t remember your password:

  • Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

  • Enter the email address associated with your Springbot account.

  • Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password.

(Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes.)

Error Message While Logging In

If you’re entering the correct credentials but still receiving an error:

  • Double-check that your email address and password are typed correctly.

  • Make sure your browser is up to date and that cookies are enabled.

  • Try clearing your browser’s cache and attempting to log in again.
