Zapier Integration

Springbot + Zapier: Add Contacts to Email Lists Automatically

Updated yesterday

Zapier

Our Zapier integration lets you automatically add contacts to your Springbot email lists using select, pre-approved paired apps.

How Zapier Works

Zapier automates workflows (called Zaps) between different web applications — for example:

  • Trigger: an event in one app (e.g. new form submission)

  • Action: Springbot receives that data and adds the contact to an email list

In short: when a supported trigger fires, Springbot’s action is always “Create Subscriber.” No other type of automation is supported.

Important Details & Limitations

  • Only pre-paired apps can integrate with Springbot via Zapier.
You can’t connect arbitrary apps that aren’t listed in our supported integrations.

  • Integration is limited to adding contacts/subscribers (i.e. creating or updating email list members).
You cannot use it to sync orders, update inventory, or trigger non-contact-related workflows.

  • If you don’t see the app you want in our directory, it’s not supported for Springbot + Zapier connections (at least for now).

Sample Supported Integrations

Here are a few apps you can use as triggers to add contacts into Springbot:

  • Google Sheets → add new row → create subscriber in Springbot Zapier

  • Squarespace Forms → on form submission → add subscriber Zapier

  • SurveyMonkey → respondent submits → add contact Zapier

  • Google Contacts → new or updated contact → create Springbot subscriber Zapier

How to Connect Springbot to Zapier

  1. Log in to or create your Zapier account.

  2. In Zapier, go to Connected Accounts.

  3. Click Connect new account, then search for Springbot.

  4. Use your Springbot credentials to authorize the connection.

  5. After connecting, you can build Zaps using only the supported paired apps. Choose a trigger app → map its fields → use Springbot’s “Create Subscriber” action.
