Scheduling an Email Campaign

After creating an email campaign, you should have the ability to schedule the email on the Review page in your email campaign creator. You will want to click on the calendar icon in the bottom righthand corner and from there it will ask you to pick your day, your time range and then your specific sending time.

CAN-SPAM Checklist

You won't be able to schedule or send an email if you don't have three green checkmarks appear under your CAN-SPAM Checklist. 

If you see a red X by Verified From Email, you will want to navigate back to the Configure page of your email. From there you will want to type in an email address in the From Email Address & click the green Send Verification Email button. You should then be receiving a verification email in that chosen inbox (check spam if not found) so you can properly verify that email. 

Reminder that this Verified From Email Address has to end in your stores domain (no gmails or yahoos) If you need assistance creating one of those emails, you can find resources here

If you see a red X by Unsubscribe Link, you will want to navigate back to the Design page of your email. From there you will want to double-click into your footer & paste this tag [[unsubscribe]]

If you see a red X by Physical Store Address, you will want to navigate back to the Design page of your email. From there you will want to double-click into your footer & paste this tag [[store_address]] You will also want to navigate to Store > Settings and ensure you have an address typed out in the Address fields on that page. 

 Editing A Scheduled Email Campaign

Once your campaign is fully scheduled - you will be unable to click back into the email to provide edits. You will first have to cancel your schedule, which you can do by navigating to the three dots to the right of your campaign name & choosing Cancel.

Once cancelled, you will want to navigate back to those three dots and choose Revert to Draft

From there, you should have the ability to click back into the campaign name, make your necessary edits & reschedule it!
