You're in luck! We have a process already in place where you can re-activate your account in less than 24 hours. You will be able to log in to your account as it was before, and access all of your past data and content.

How It Works:

  1. Reach out to help@springbot.com and let the team know you are interested in returning.

    1. Please include:

      1. Current Shopping Platform

      2. Add-on features you are interested in: AdRoll Advertising, Onsite Abandonment, and/or Email Design Services

      3. Active Email Subscriber Count (check out our pricing calculator)

  2. Once we agree on pricing & plan, we will:

    1. Charge the card on file with the new monthly subscription amount

    2. Set up your old dashboard

    3. Send you new login information and ask you to login to Springbot via your shopping platform

    4. Start a re-harvest of missing data and double check our connection

At this point, you are good to use the dashboard and it will include all previous designs, data and assets you previously had in the platform.

We recommend you start by:

  1. Reviewing your Store Tab

  2. Complete Branding

  3. Double check promo codes and the design elements of features you had previously running before turning back on

  4. Upload any new email subscriber lists

A reminder that we may no longer offer direct account management/onboarding assistance, but you have our extensive Help Center (in app or here) and can reach our support team via email at help@springbot.com.
