How to Migrate to AdRoll Direct

How to transition your profile from Springbot to AdRoll Direct.

Steps to Move An Account to AdRoll Direct

  1. Confirm with the Springbot team via help@springbot.com that you wish to migrate your profile.

    1. They will then schedule to have AdRoll removed from future invoices, to stop serving impressions, and to be removed from your dashboard at the end of your billing cycle. Remember once this feature is removed because it is a legacy feature, it cannot be added back.

  2. Create a new login at AdRoll direct at adroll.com + update your payment method there.

  3. Contact AdRoll at support@adroll.com & cc help@springbot.com in that email

    1. Include the following information:

      1. Migration is from Springbot to AdRoll

      2. AdRoll EID: (SB team will provide this for you once you confirm)

      3. Email Address of new account (the one you made in step 2)

      4. Mention payment method is uploaded

      5. Springbot team is on the email chain and approves of the transition

      6. LASTLY, you will need to decide between creating a new account or continuing as a legacy account, here is more on that.

A reminder that currently the Springbot account setup provides a "reduced version" of AdRoll’s capabilities, applicable to all Springbot-handled accounts. This means you're not accessing all the new features available to AdRoll direct customers. You will have two options once migrated:

  1. Creating a brand new account grants you access to the full range of AdRoll capabilities under the Marketing and Ads Plus Package. This includes retargeting, brand awareness, unlimited emails, aggregation of social channel performance, and ad credits for web display campaigns (Ad Credits Guide). The downside is the loss of historical data from the current account.

  2. Migrating the profile as is, which does come with limitations and excludes access to the new dashboard, features, and full AdRoll resources.

Once you confirm your preference, AdRoll proceed accordingly to accommodate your request.
