Magento 1
Login to your Magento administration panel.
At the top, you should see a 'System' dropdown, from that dropdown select the 'Configuration' option.
On the left, you should see a menu titled Springbot, this will take you to the plugin settings page.
On this page under the Main section you will find the field labeled Access Token.
Magento 2
Login to your Magento administration panel.
On the left side, you should see a menu option for "System". Once you select this option, you should see a section labeled "Extensions", under this menu, please select "Integrations".
On the Integrations page, you should see a list of all authorized extensions. From this list, please click the edit icon for the Springbot Plugin.
On This page near the bottom you should see the integration details. In this list you will find the Access Token we will need.
