Dropping the Adroll Pixel

In order to run Adroll ads, you must drop the Adroll pixel on your website, which you can do by clicking on the Adroll integration & hitting save. You can find this integration underneath the Store tab on the Integrations dropdown.

You will see a section that says, "Custom Checkout URL." You do not need to complete this field unless you are confident that your store has a custom checkout URL that is not the default one provided by your shopping cart. (Just in case, leave this blanks & reach out to help@springbot.com to double check for you!)

Connecting Facebook to Adroll

When you have the Adroll integration open, you will see the option to input your businesses Facebook URL & Instagram ID. This is an optional step, however inputting that information & following the steps below will give you the ability to run Adroll ads on social media along with on websites.

You will see a section that says Facebook Page URL. You will want to head over to your Facebook business page and copy its URL (Example: https://www.facebook.com/peaceandpetals1234) Then, paste that in the "Facebook Page URL" field.

Once you've pasted it, click Save.

You'll now need to return to your businesses Facebook page to approve AdRoll as a partner.

From your Facebook Business page, navigate to Manage Page on the left and scroll down to Settings. From Page Settings, navigate to Page Roles:

Then click Pending Partner Requests (note, only the Facebook page admin will have access to these controls):

Under Pending Partner Requests, you will see AdRoll listed. Click Respond to Request and enter your Facebook password to complete.

All done! You've now connected AdRoll to your Facebook Account.

Connecting Instagram to Adroll

Before you're able to complete these steps, you will first need to make sure you have a Facebook Business Manager account Setup which you can complete at business.facebook.com. You will need to have a Facebook Business Manager account set up before you can connect Instagram to AdRoll.

Once you're sure your Facebook page is connected, from your Business Manager navigate to Business Settings and navigate to Instagram Accounts.

You'll may first need to connect your Instagram Account to your Facebook Business Manager by clicking Save (if you haven't already done so)

Then click Assign Partner on the far right hand side.

In the pop up, you will need to enter AdRoll's business ID which is 10151335266804117 (you can copy + paste this!) Then click Confirm.

You'll now see AdRoll listed as a partner.

Almost there! Now you will need to find your unique Instagram account ID, which is located here:

You will copy this ID number and paste it in Springbot, in the Store Integrations Tab under AdRoll:

Then click Save! You're all done!
