If you're trying to export data from Springbot while using Safari but the download is not prompting, please follow these instructions:
Click into the address bar of the new window to make it active.
Hold down the option key and press Return/Enter on the Mac.
This should kick off an immediate download in .csv format into the Downloads folder, assuming that is the default location for downloads in the OS.
