This article walks you through the “Store Branding” section of the Springbot dashboard—covering how to upload your logo, customize brand colors and fonts, and later add social media links and navigation links for emails. It’s a clear, step‑by‑step guide ensuring your brand identity is consistently reflected across Springbot’s marketing tools.
When in your store settings, Click "Store Branding".
You can update the following settings:
Update Store Logo & Email Banner
Your Company Logo will need to be a square image file size must be less than 5MB, & .jpg or .png file.
Your Email Banner sits at the top of emails and is used in email templates. File size must be less than 5MB, wider than it is tall, & .jpg or .png file.
Update Brand Colors, Font, and Button Style
Select the colors that are part of your branding and it will populate throughout select templates. This includes fonts and buttons. We recommend to match what shoppers can find on your website for consistency.
The options for fonts in your Springbot emails are listed below and are considered inbox safe, meaning they are either Web-safe system fonts that are pre-installed on nearly all devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), or Widely supported web fonts. Fonts Safe for Email Use:

Update Social Icons & Social Links
These will be found in your content block footers and anytime you drag in the social module into email campaigns.
Update Navigation Links
These will be found in your content block headers and anytime you drag in the navigation link module into email campaigns. We recommend to select 3-4 of your top 3 sections.
