Cancellation Policy

Springbot’s service is non-contractual, however, we do require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. If you wish to cancel or remove an add-on feature or service, we do require written notice before the following invoice, but will continue as a month-to-month add-on if notice is not provided.

If you are wishing to cancel, you must alert our team by emailing us at help@springbot.com or by calling 404-487-0041 and speaking with a member of our Success Team. 

Compliance Issues & Refund Policy

As stated in our Terms of Use, we do not issue refunds for Monthly Plans or additional add-on services unless a system malfunction caused a problem or your account was terminated without cause. Refunds will not be issued due to account inactivity or compliance issues.

Be sure to read and understand our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to disable or deactivate any account if our Compliance Team finds that a user has abused our system in any way.
