Are you utilizing Springbot’s Facebook Campaign Services? This article will walk you step-by-step through how to provide the Springbot team with access to your Facebook tools so that we can create new ads for you.

Step 1: Log in to your personal Facebook account by heading to facebook.com


Step 2: In the top right corner, click the drop down to view your Business Manager Account.

Don't have a Facebook Business Manager account? Follow the steps listed here to create one before continuing to Step 2

Step 3: Once in your Business Manager Account, click the Business Settings button in the top right hand corner.

Step 4: Once in Business Settings, click into Ad Account on the left side navigation bar. If there is an Ad Account associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! If not, click here for directions on creating an Ad Account before moving to Step 4.

Step 5: Click into Pages on the left side navigation bar. If there is a Page associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! If not, click here for directions on adding a Page to your Business Manager before moving to Step 5.

Step 6: Click into Instagram Accounts on the left side navigation bar. If there is an Instagram Account associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! If not, click here for directions on adding an Instagram to your Business Manager before moving to Step 6.

Step 7: Select Pixels - If there is already a pixel associated with your account, awesome! As long as the button next to the Pixel ID is Green, you can move ahead to Step 7. If the button is red, or if you do not have a Pixel associated with your Account at the moment, click here for directions on adding a Pixel to your Business Manager before moving to Step 7.

 

Step 8: In Business Settings, click into Partners on the left navigation column and then click Add under ‘Partner to share assets with”.

Step 9: In the pop-up add the Business ID 274192066601488 to the text field and then click “Next”.


Step 10: Select Pages to the left. Then, select the name of the Page that you would like us to give access to. Do not select ‘Save Changes’ just yet!

Step 11: Select Ad Accounts to the left, then select the name of the Ad account that you would like to give us access to, and toggle on Manage Ad Account. Do not select ‘Save Changes’ just yet!

Step 12: Select Pixels to the left. Then select the name of the Pixel that you would like us to give access to. Do not select ‘Save Changes’ just yet!

Step 13: Select Instagram Accounts to the left. Then select the name of your Instagram Account. Do not select Save Changes just yet! 

Step 14: If applicable, do the same for your Catalog.

Step 15: Select Save Changes.

Step 16: A pop-up will appear that states ‘How Will You Work With Springbot Campaign Services'. Select the top 3 boxes and click Next:


Step 17: Select ‘I Accept’ on the ‘Terms for Sharing a Data Source’:

All set! Once all of these steps are completed, the Campaign Services team will be able to create ad previews for your approval.
