Step 1: Access Business Manager 

Start by opening your Business Manager

Click the active Business Manager account that is currently hosting your Ad Account and Page.

Step 2: Click To Business Settings

Once you're in the Business Manager Account, click the Business Settings wheel in the left hand corner.

Step 3: Confirm Ad Account is Added To Business Manager

Once in Business Settings, click into Ad Account on the left side navigation bar. If there is an Ad Account associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! If not, click here for directions on creating an Ad Account before moving to Step 4.

Step 4: Confirm Facebook Page is Added To Business Manager

Click into Pages on the left side navigation bar. If there is a Page associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! If not, click here for directions on adding a Page to your Business Manager before moving to Step 5.

Step 5: Confirm Instagram Account is Added To Business Manager


Click into Instagram Accounts on the left side navigation bar. If there is an Instagram Account associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! If not, click here for directions on adding an Instagram to your Business Manager before moving to Step 6.

Step 6: Confirm Pixel is Added To Business Manager


Select Pixels - If there is already a pixel associated with your account, awesome! As long as the button next to the Pixel ID is Green, you can move ahead to Step 7. If the button is red, or if you do not have a Pixel associated with your Account at the moment, click here for directions on adding a Pixel to your Business Manager before moving to Step 7.

 

Step 7: Confirm Domain is Verified & Added To Business Manager

In the Business Settings, select the Brand Safety tab, and select Domains from the left side navigation list. If there is a Domain associated with your Business Manager, it will show here and we'll move to the next step! 

If not, click HERE for directions on adding a Domain to your Business Manager before moving to Step 8.

Step 8: Click To Partners On Left Navigation

In Business Settings, click into Partners on the left navigation column and then click Add under ‘Partner to share assets with”.

Step 9: Add Partner Business ID for Springbot Campaign Services


In the pop-up add the Business ID 274192066601488 to the text field and then click “Next”.


Step 10: Select Facebook Page To Share


Select Pages to the left. Then, select the name of the Page that you would like us to give access to. Do not select ‘Save Changes’ just yet!

Step 11: Select Ad Account To Share


Select Ad Accounts to the left, then select the name of the Ad account that you would like to give us access to, and toggle on Manage Ad Account. Do not select ‘Save Changes’ just yet!

Step 12: Select Pixel To Share


Select Pixels to the left. Then select the name of the Pixel that you would like us to give access to. Do not select ‘Save Changes’ just yet!

Step 13: Select Instagram Account To Share


Select Instagram Accounts to the left. Then select the name of your Instagram Account. Do not select Save Changes just yet! 

Step 14: Select Domain To Share

Select Domains to the left. Then select the name of your Domain. Select Save Changes. 

Note: If your domain has not been verified, you will need to verify your domain before continuing. Click HERE for directions on verifying your Domain for Business Settings.

Step 15: Select Optional Catalog To Share

If applicable, do the same for your Catalog.

Step 16: Save Changes

Select Save Changes.

Step 17: Confirm Springbot Campaign Services As Partner

A pop-up will appear that states ‘How Will You Work With Springbot Campaign Services'. Select the top 3 boxes and click Next:


Step 18: Confirm Terms 

Select ‘I Accept’ on the ‘Terms for Sharing a Data Source’:

All set! Once all of these steps are completed, the Campaign Services team will be able to create ad previews for your approval.
