You can add as many users as you need to your Springbot account so they have access to the dashboard.

A few key things to keep in mind before we continue:

  • Only the admin user of the account can add users. To confirm who the admin is on your account (or have this changed) reach out to
  • All users will have the same access to the entire Springbot dashboard. The only exception is that the admin can add additional users, and non-admin users cannot

To access the Manage Users page, click Store at the top of your dashboard and then click Manage Users

On this page you can:

  • Add additional users (if you are logged in as the admin user)
  • Manage your Nightly / Weekly Email preferences

Add A User

To add a user, click the Add User button on the top left side. 

This will bring up a pop-up window where you can insert the email address of the person you want to grant access to. When finished, click Add User

The email address you enter will be sent an email asking them to setup their password and login. If they don't receive the email, have them check their spam folder. If they still don't receive the email within an hour, have them email and we can help grant them access properly.

Springbot Email Subscriptions

You can determine which users receive Springbot's Nightly and Weekly email subscriptions by toggling the checkbox on or off. Users can also manage this for their own account.

Our Nightly and Weekly emails will be sent to the users selected either every day or weekly on Sundays (or both!). They will include lots of helpful information on your store's performance as a whole and how your various Springbot features are performing.

We recommend turning on both the Nightly and Weekly emails for all users.

Remove A User

If you need to revoke access for someone on your team, click the trash can symbol to the far right (under Actions) and we will remove their account and access to Springbot.
