Use the Image Module to upload an image from your computer or input a valid image URL of a hosted image from another website. Once you drag the Image Module into a template, double click on the placeholder image to prompt the Asset Manager. Drag an image into the drop zone on the Asset Manager or browse your computer files to find your desired image. Your chosen file will immediately be dropped into the template.
Do you want to use an image URL instead of uploading an image from your computer? In the Asset Manager, just add the URL into the URL field and select Import Link.
Image Component Settings - this is where you will add the redirect URL, Rel, Alt and Title.
URL: Add the landing page where you’d like users redirected when they click on the image.
Rel: The rel attribute specifies the relationship between the current document and the linked document/resource. Only used if the image is linked to a URL.
Alt: The alt attribute provides alternative information for an image if a user for some reason cannot view it (because of slow connection, an error in the src attribute, or if the user uses a screen reader). For example, if your logo fails to load a user would see “Spring Street Logo” in its place.
Springbot Recommends always using the alt attribute for images to improve inbox placement.
Title: The text you enter inside the title tag will not be shown to user when an image cannot be displayed. Instead, it is displayed in a popup when a user takes their mouse over to an image.
In the Style Settings, you can update the image size and padding, as well as the image alignment, background color, border width, style radius and color.
